Collegeville Brokerage is a real estate developer based out of St. Joseph, Minnesota that needed help reviving their outdated website. They needed a site to reflect both their modern, upcoming projects, as well as be a responsive site. They also asked me to design a website for their latest project, 24 North Lofts.
